According to the source, the Launcher Learns from usage and pucks up contextual cues, either its Morning or Evening time. The most outstanding part of the Launcher is if you are searching for any App on your phone, you will just use your finger to write the first letter of the App and the Launcher will display all Apps with the first letter and will sort it by how often you use each of them. This features makes it easier than the one that you have to scroll down searching for the App though an alphabetical list like in Lumia Windows Phones.
