I received this question from someone, Its really an easy steps to understand and to do but most people might still find it difficult to do. So if you are among those people, below steps will help you out.
The below steps contain the process:
(Account 1 is the Gmail Account you want to "Change From" & Account 2 is the Gmail Account you want to "Change To")
1. Sign in to Blogger with Account 1, which is the account in Admin of your blog.
2. At the Dashboard, Go to "Settings >> Basic", now locate "Permissions" section at the page.
3. Click on the "Add Authors" button below your blog Admin, enter the Account 2 address to the box and click on "Invite Authors" to send an invitation to Account 2.
4. Now login to the Account 2 to accept the invitation.
5. Once you accept invitation at Account 2, login to Account 1 and go back to the Settings | Basic tab. (Where you invite the Account 2 to your blog).
6. Account 2 will be added to the list of your blog authors, in front of Account 2 address, click on the drop-down menu to choose "Admin".
If you only want the Account 2 to only publish post to your blog, leave it as "Author" but if you want it to access every settings on your blog change it to "Admin"
To delete the first Gmail (Account 1), follow below steps:
1. In Account 1, go to Step 6 above and make Account 2 as "Admin".
2. Login to Account 2, now go to the Settings | Basic tab and to the Permissions section.
3. Click the "X" next to Account 1 to remove Account 1 from your blog.
And you are done..
NOTES:-
•All published posts made by Account 1 will still display Account 1 name on them. If you want, you can delete those post and re-publish them before they can start displaying your name.
•You can not delete Account 1 until Account 2 is change to "Admin"
•All photos uploaded by Account 1 will break once Account 1 was removed from the blog. To keep your photos safe, do not delete Account 1 but you can change it to "Author" from Admin.
