Google launched new Street View apps for Android and iOS

Your favourite search engine (Google) updated the Android's Street View app and introduced a standalone Street View app for the iOS. The two apps provide the exact same features and support adding your photo spheres around the world.

Now you cannot just discover the world with street view and check out impressive places thanks to the photos spheres worldwide, but you can also contribute to the latter. Both Street View apps support uploading your spheres and sharing them in the world.
Exploring the Street View collections is now quite simple, with an extremely capable Search functionality.

The uploading of spheres is easy too, and Google even added assist for third-party connection with spherical cameras such as the Ricoh Theta S and NCTech iris360. The Theta S spherical camera was in fact unveiled today as well.

The Street View app is replacing the Photo Sphere Camera app on iOS, while the Android version will be available for update in the Play Store, if it wasn't automatically updated already.
